REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to offer top-quality products to our customers. Please note that, due to hygiene considerations and the nature of our items, all sales for wigs and extensions are final, and we do not provide exchanges or refunds.

 

Refunds and exchanges are accepted only for RHS essentials. 

 

Should any concerns arise with your purchased wig(s)/extensions, adjustments can be made to match the client's original order. To facilitate alterations, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, packaging intact, and without any signs of wear or alterations.

 

Return or exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving the product(s). Return and exchanges shipping fees.
